The use of our website velablu.co.uk is subject to our terms and conditions which you have to agree to prior of placing an order with us. This may sound a bit formal but they are quite standard and should make the use of our website as simple and secure as possible. Our terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is up to you to check these regularly before placing an order. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not use or access our website. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions please contact our customer service before placing an order.
Availability
We endeavour that our stock availability information is as accurate as possible at all times. However, this may not be possible from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case we will inform you without delay.
Order
When you place an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions outlined on this website. Please make sure you have read and agreed to them. All orders are subject to stock availability. When you place an order with us via our website velablu.co.uk you offer to purchase our products. We will acknowledge the receipt of your purchase offer by email and confirm your order upon having made sure stock is available. We will confirm this in an email to you. We will charge you for your order when we despatch the goods and we will inform you by email that we have despatched the goods to you. At the point of despatch of the goods to you a contract will be formed between you and I-catalogue ltd.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract with us within the statutory ‘cooling off period’ of seven working days of receipt of the goods providing you return the goods to us in its original unworn condition. We will refund you for the goods within 30 days latest. Please Take reasonable care of the goods wrap them securely and post them back to us (see returns). We recommend recorded delivery and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. The return charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to cancel your order please email or write to us. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
Despatch
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours after having accepted your order. If you have ordered more than 1 item and not all items are in stock we will despatch the outstanding item(s) when available. During busier periods order despatch may be extended. We will email you when we despatched your order.
Delivery
All our orders are despatched from the UK. We offer standard delivery via Royal Mail with an estimated delivery period up to 7 days. We also offer a next working day express delivery service applicable to orders placed before 2pm. A signature for your parcel may be required.
We currently deliver to any address in the United Kingdom. If you whish your order to be sent to an address outside of the UK please contact us for further information.
If your order generates more than 1 parcel we will charge you only one delivery charge.
Returns
Our Guarantee
No-risk hassle free returns. Vela Blu strives to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, please let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style (subject to our Return Conditions*). Email us your questions at customerservices@velablu.co.uk.
Return Conditions
If you are not happy with our goods for any reason you can return the goods to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. While you have the goods you must take reasonable care of them and all goods must be returned unworn with the swing tickets attached. We reserve the right to not accept returns when our return conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
We will refund you to the original payment method. We endeavour to process your returns and exchanges as quickly as possible but please allow 30 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Returning your goods
Please return your unwanted goods securely packaged to: VELA BLU returns, 9 CAMBRIDGE ROAD, EAST COWES, PO32 6AE.
We recommend recorded delivery and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you return any goods for exchange we will not charge you additional postage charges.
Prices
All our prices are in pound sterling and include applicable VAT. P&P charges are added separately at checkout unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and we will accept orders only if prices of the products ordered from our website are correct.
Product Description
We have taken all care to describe our products as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of our products which are mainly made from natural fibres small variations may occur from time to time.
Promotion Codes
Promotion Codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or sale items unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We accept various credit and debit cards. Please do not send cash or cheques. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Governing Law
English law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

Any items ordered from vela blu must be for personal use only and not for resale.
Any person ordering from our site must be at least eighteen years of age.
The person ordering from our site warrants that all details provided to velablu.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are fully accurate and complete; and that whichever method of payment used is their own and sufficient funds to cover payment for the product(s) ordered are available. Any person ordering from velablu.co.uk agrees that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
Registration on our Website
When registering on our website, you must choose a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and must only purchase from velablu.co.uk under your own username and password. You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
I-Catalogue Ltd will not pass your credit and debit card and your personal details to any third party. We will never ask you by email to provide your personal security and payment details. If you receive an email asking for this information please contact us immediately. I-Catalogue Ltd reserves the right to monitor access to its website.

We are not liable for loss of profits or revenues, loss of business or other consequential, special, incidental, economic or indirect loss howsoever caused arising in connection with any order placed by you or arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.
Notwithstanding the above, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or on any other basis) to you, for any loss or damage shall be limited to the sums paid or payable for the products.
