If, for whatever reason, you do not feel happy with the goods you received please send them back to us in original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will gladly refund or exchange the goods for you.  Please package the goods securely including your completed returns form that should have come with your delivery. We would very much appreciate it if you could take a moment and let us know your reason to return the goods to us. Any comment will help us to improve our goods and services.

We recommend to obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from your Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.  For complete peace of mind you may consider sending the goods Recorded Delivery, but regretfully we cannot refund your postage costs.

When your goods are received in original unworn condition, we will refund you the price for the goods excluding delivery charges.  If the goods were faulty or we did not send you the goods as ordered then you will receive a refund of the original delivery costs too. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. We will refund you using the same method that you paid for your order.

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
