How can I shop at Velablu?
Shopping at Velablu.co.uk is easy. You can browse our collection by clicking through the category buttons. There you will find more details about which products we have on offer. Once you have found what you like select your size and colour from the stock grid by clicking on the box and then click the ‘add to bag’ button. You can review the content of your ‘shopping bag’ at any time by clicking on the ‘shopping bag’ link at the right hand top of the page. You can remove items from your shopping bag at anytime before purchase. If you are happy with the goods in your shopping bag please click on the ‘checkout’ button below the ‘shopping bag’ button and follow the instructions on screen.
Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes, you would need to register with us when you place in order. When registering with us and creating an account your will be able to track your orders. You can also create a ‘wish list’ putting all the items in there you would love to have and email it to your friend or husband. Your address and delivery details can be stored in the account that you don’t have to re-enter the information when shopping again with us. We have tried to make the registration process straight forward and simple and hope that it will not take too much of your time. As a benefit for registering with us we will inform you about special offers and online exclusives before anyone else if you wish.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click on the ‘Login’ button on top of the homepage. Enter your email address in the box provided and click on the ‘I have forgotten my login details’ button. We then email you with your new password.
Which size should I choose?
In our size guide we show a range of body measurements fitting in our applicable sizes. All garments are designed and cut for women of an approximate average height of 5.6’’. How do I know if an item is in stock?
On the product page you will see a stock grid informing you about the current stock availability. If an item is on backorder you will be able to see how many number of weeks the items are anticipated to be back in stock. You can at that point order this item. We will not charge your credit card until the despatch of the item to you. If you see a cross on the stock grid that means the item has completely sold out.
What payment methods does Velablu accept?
We accept all major credit debit cards as Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We do not accept any other form of payment.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Velablu?

Please note that Velablu does not ship to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Is VAT included in Velablu’s prices?
All prices at Velablu contain applicable value added tax (VAT).
Does Velablu ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If you intend to order gifts or goods to be shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery and will happily deliver (no additional charge) to the Highlands and Islands (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) as well as BFPO.
Express Delivery £9.95
We aim to deliver all mainland UK express orders within 48 hours. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm (GMT). Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes may take longer to arrive. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands should be delivered within 5 working days after the date we accepted the order.
Standard Delivery £4.95
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 4-6 working days. If you have not received your delivery within 6 working days, please contact our Customer Services. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver these standard orders within 6-8 working days.
International
We offer international delivery but please contact Customer Services for further information before ordering.
Delivery
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for standard deliveries. If you are not in to take the parcel don't worry. The postman will leave a calling card. There'll be a phone number / website for you to contact to arrange a more convenient delivery day or you can usually pick the item up from your local depot.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
At Velablu we want to make sure that your order is securely wrapped and well presented when it arrives with you. However we try not to inundate you with bulky delivery boxes. Therefore we will ship your order in degradable and re-usable mailing bags. Your items will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper.
All shipments are covered by the basic Royal Mail insurance.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Depending on the shipping method chosen you may be required to sign for the shipment.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your items have been dispatched we are unable to change your shipping address. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address at the time of ordering.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Once the order has been accepted by us we unfortunately cannot add items to the order. However, you can place an additional order or cancel your initial order and place a new order with all the items you wish to purchase.
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. We will only debit your card at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping. You can also monitor your order process by signing in to ‘My Account’ and tracking your order in ‘My Order’.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Velablu is not responsible for any delays caused by the couriers but will be more than happy to investigate when you order has not arrived.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser's credit card, and will exclude shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
