Exchange Procedure
If you decide to exchange an item then please fill in the details on your returns/exchange form which should have been shipped with your order.  If you did not receive one (or the dog ate it) then please contact us and we will be happy to send out a new one or give you instructions on how best to exchange your goods. 

Exchanged items must be received in original, unworn condition. Obvioulsy we can only exchange for an item in stock.  Should your requested exchange be unavailable we will contact you to see if an alternative product will suffice or we will refund your money.


Exchange Postage
If you decide to exchange an item then, just like a return, you will have to pay for return postage yourself.  We will, however, happily send out an alternative of your choosing with free postage.


What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or ask for additional payment to match the price of a more expensive one.  The details will be on your returns/exchange form or you can contact us directly.


How long do I have to exchange items?
As with returns, we offer you two weeks to make up your mind
