Vela Blu is delivering to the UK including Islands and Highlands and to Ireland. We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery and will happily deliver (no additional charge) to the Highlands and Islands (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) as well as BFPO and Ireland.
Express Delivery £7.95
We aim to deliver all mainland UK express orders within 48 hours. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm (GMT). Deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes may take longer to arrive. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands should be delivered within 5 working days after the date we accepted the order.
Standard delivery £4.95
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 4-6 working days. If you have not received your delivery within 6 working days, please contact our Customer Services. Deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver these standard orders within 6-8 working days.
International
We offer international delivery but please contact Customer Services for further information before ordering. If you wish to order from Ireland you can do this throught our website without having to contact customer services.
Delivery
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for standard deliveries. If you are not in to take the parcel don't worry. The postman or woman will leave a calling card. There'll be a phone number / website for you to contact to arrange a more convenient delivery day or you can usually pick the item up from your local depot.
